Justice is a process or result of using laws to fairly judge and punish crimes and criminals. The government of Rwanda through the Ministry of Justice promotes and facilitates the rule of law, puts in place a legal framework for good governance and ensures effective delivery of legal services to the public as well as promoting reconciliation among Rwandans.
